Our story begun in 2012 when we started making different varieties of Montaditos.

 

For the Spanish, Montadito is a bit- sized open sandwich consisting of a slice of baguette topped with an endless variety of cold meat, fish, or vegetarian combinations, held together by a toothpick.

 

People from the beginning were impressed of the different flavours of our Montaditos and asking us where they could buy the premium products that we were using. That was a challenge to us to open the company and to import the products in UK.

We started selling premium quality artisan cheeses, cured meats and condiments the same ones that we were using for our Montaditos.

 

All of our products come from small family independent producers that follow traditional methods of making them.

In this way what makes a difference in our catering is to bring you authentic Spanish flavours

using premium quality  ingredients.

MEJILLONES en ESCABECHE:

Romesco sauce, mussels “en escabeche”.

JAMON IBERICO:

Fresh tomato, oil, salt, cherry tomato salad, Iberian ham and basil.

"ESCALIVADA":

Organic mayo, roasted aubergine and red peppers,anchovy and caper.

SPANISH OMELETTE with

CHORIZO IBERICO:

Fresh tomato, oil, salt, slices of Spanish omelette and Iberian chorizo.

BLUE CHEESE:

Blue cheese, caramelised pears and roasted almonds.

SARDINILLAS:

Olive tapenade, roasted peppers, cured sardines and olive.

CRAB:

Crab mixed with crême fraiche,parsley, spring onions, zest of lime and chilli.

Free range minced beef baked in a short crust pastry.
