Extra virgin olive oil from 100% Arbequina olives from Priorat. It is a fruity and sweet olive oil with a little spice finish.

Arbequina olives are very fruity, very tinny but full of flavor. Cured 3-4 months, are firm and loaded with the buttery flavor characteristic of this small olive with a high oil.
Our black Empeltre olive, comes to us from Aragon region, picked ripe and cured for 12-14 months. It is tender and has a slightly sweet flavor.
